i want to know how to say that i had great fun.I came across some quotes like ..loads of fun , tons of fun ,greatfun ...rather i m looking for something better..actaully these are day to use..but there is something else how we can address the same.i saw it somewhere else but i forgot if anyone can help me it will be great.

Maybe "it was hilarious"? Or, "I had a jolly good time" (this sounds british, doesn't it?) There are many ways of saying that. Native speakers will be more helpful than I am.

More fun than a barrel of monkeys. (I have no idea where that expression comes from. It could easily be used as sarcasm, so you may not want to write it, and if you say it, make sure you say it with a light tone and a smile.)
