How to say: Get some money at an atm

Dear All,

What is the most natural way for you guys to say that you're going to get some money at any atm? If correct, this is obviously one way. But are the following possibilities also 1. grammatically correct 2. actually used by english speaking people:
- I need to get some money from an atm?
- I need to take some money at/from an atm?
- I need to withdraw money at/from an atm?
