How to say?

I have heard that Danny got injured by car so he can't play with us
or
I have been heard that Danny got injured by car so he can't play with us
How do i suppose to write it ? with been or without ?
because as far as I know I suppose to add "been" if it's passive sentence and "by car" makes it passive sentence(also if i hadn't said "by car" it would have supposed to be passive sentence)
