How to rewrite ...

How to rewrite the following using finite clauses instead of the non-finite or verbless ones:

1. With the train drivers on strike tomorrow, I don't think I'll go to London.

2. I didn't get wet, having remembered to take my umbrella.

3. Abandoned by the colleagues, the Minister was forced to resign.

4. Waving their scarves and shouting, the fans ran onto the pitch.

Is there any rule?

Hello, Dani. There is no particular rule, except of course that your new clause should have a subject and a finite (present, past, future) verb form. Please give it a try and post your effort here.
