How to respond to "Good deal"?

Hi, everyone~

I'm doing an on-campus part-time job. And when my boss assigns me some work to do and I respond "OK" or something, he always says "Good deal!" as the end of our conversation. I think it is polite to give a response of his "Good deal", but I am really not sure what to say, though I definitely know what he means by "Good deal".
Could someone help me out? Thanks
