i'm considering between "a" and "b". I want to pick "b"

i think " let's " means "us" and if i respond with "a" it does not contain "us" it only contains "you"

"Let's have supper now"

a)you aren't eating The speaker did not say he was eating, so this reply makes no real sense.

b) won't This is not correct grammar. You could answer 'I won't'.

c)there aren't any Any what?

d)Bill isn't here

i thought that we can use Be+V-ing to imply the near future

If someone says to you,'Let's eat', why would you reply 'You aren't eating in the near future'?

I can't think of a context where this reply makes sense. Can you?

just one more quick question. Is there anything different between "be+Ving" and "be going to " when they are used to mean near future?
