How to request some for contact detail

I have contacted a mentor regarding a course via his email id which i found on a job portal site he replied me to contact him when i come down to France the problem is that beside his email id i don't have any contact details to contact him when i land up in France and on top his website is having technical issues and its not loading properly

so guys i need your help to write a formal email to him asking for his contact detail and when i can meet him personally
