Thanks a lot!

Is it ok to say? : Thank you very much for your email. Enclosed please find a copy of my CV.

I mentioned this because the sender sent me an email as a text, and not a letter!

is it ok?

thanks

Dear Mr. John,

Also I would like to ask you if is ok to say:

Dear Sir/ Madam, istead of Dear Mr. XYZ,

I want to emphasize this because the sender is the Service Delivery Team of that firm and their email does not specify a particular person!

Thanks for your help!

Is it ok to say? : Thank you very much for your email. Enclosed please find a copy of my CV. Yes, of course! My letter was a suggestion, not a final draft.

Also I would like to ask you if is ok to say:

Dear Sir/ Madam, istead of Dear Mr. XYZ, Yes, absolutely. I used "Mr. XYZ" as an example.
