my name is prabhu and i am working in singapore .i applied for a job in south africa .then i got email from employer that i wrote below.
First of all I need to know if you are a South African citizen and also my client is only offering R 11 000-00 on the toolmaker position.

this letter i got from employment agency which is in south africa.they want to where i am from and my nationality .i want tell them i am frm singapore and i am an indian searching job in south africa.now you got what i mean ?
