how to reply for job selection but i can not attend

would like to check my reply for job selestion that i can not attend, here it is

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to join xxx selection. I would like to ask you what if I can not attend the selection? Will i be failed immediately? Then is there possibility for me to take the test later?
