How to reply for an informal business event
Dear Moderator !
I received a mail from Managing Director,an invitation to attend the vehicle fair organised by the company.The mail is given below :
Dear Dealer Friend,
As you aware the Auto Expo 2012 is being held at XYZ from 07.01.2012 to 11.01.2012.
Our Company(ABC) is participating and would be displaying the following new models and new variants of existing models.
We shall also be displaying the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class and C-Class Engines and Axles that we assemble for Daimler since 1997
The undersigned shall be available on all days at the Auto Expo, this would be a good time to meet and interact.
Please do let me know the date when you plan to visit so that I could plan my schedule accordingly
We shall organize to send passes to you.
