How to reply correctly?

Hello everyone,

I want to ask if someone asks "You use to live near near samana mall if I'm not wrong?",How should I reply?as I wana tell that person that I never lived there or its not my living place or I was living at another place all my life..

Can I say:

1:No,I've never lived there.

2:No,I've never been lived there ever.

3:No,I've never been lived near that area.

4:No,I never used to live near that area.

Please do guide me how to reply correctly,I would be really grateful to you.Thanks
