How to reply a negative sentence?

What can I say in response to "He is not a good person"? How can I agree? Can I say those?
Yes(, he is a good person, I don't agree with you)
No(, he is not a good person, I agree with you)
I think so(, he is a good person, I don't agree with you)
I don't think so(, he is not a good person, I agree with you)

You rarely answer just "Yes" or "No" to such remarks. That would open you up to questions asking you what you meant by your answer.

Can I always use "Right" to agree with a negative sentence?

(My subconscious mind would tell me "Yes, he's not a good person", but I know this sentence doesn't sound good. So I think I'll try to use Right to replace Yes)
