How to rephrase this short sentence?

Providing of mentioned information will not constitute illegal disclosure of confidential information.

Seems clumsy to me... is there any way how to rephrase it?

You could begin with "Providing this information" and continue the same, but I don't guarantee that that will change your opinion about whether it sounds clumsy.
