How to remeber English Grammer ?

I litterly some time forget about appropriate grammer before writing a mail or speaking with someone. Please guide me a tour of perfect grammer to speak spontaneously.

If I was you I do not worry to much about grammar, if we concentrate too much on the grammar involved, then grammar inhibits communication.
