how to refer to a government bureau by a particular department?

Iam just trying to write a formal email to several government department to ask the staff there to submit applications to their own bureau (assuming that a department is subordinate to a bureau). I don't want to say "your bureaux", because it does not sound official at all. Is there any adjustive to describe "the bureau to which you belongs"?

What's wrong with 'your bureaus'? That is good English. Of course, you must be sure that they call themselves bureaus , and not sections or divisions .
