How to refer to a band in third pweson?

this is my first time posting here and i would be grateful for some help...

i am in the process of writing a band bio and was wondering what is the correct way to refer to a ban in third person?

what i mean is, do say "at the peak of their career" or "at the peak of its career"

In BrE, it is OK to write 'at the peak of their career. I think, in AmE, it is 'at the peak of its career'.
