How to punctuate two different clauses in one sentence?

"Can't wait for something to launch. Have you seen the progress; it's phenomenal."

Have you seen the progress* I believe to be interrogative, and * it's phenomenal to be declaratory. Now, my question is what punctuation mark should be at the end of the sentence, question mark or period?

Thanks.
