How to properly use 'the last time' right after an event?

Hi everyone,

Suppose I went to a cafe I usually visit, didn't like it at all and right after I'm done, I'm texting a friend. Which variant sounds the most natural?

  1. I think it was the last time I went there.
  2. I think it was the last time I have been there.
  3. I think it has been the last time I went there.
  4. I think it would/could be the last time I go there.

Thank you!

Texting while still at the cafe: I think this will be the last time I come here. I think this is the last time I'll come here. Texting after leaving the cafe: I think that's the last time I'll go there.
