How to properly say these 3 sentences please?

How would you properly, grammatically say these sentences please?

1 I like to be the boss of myself and not constantly have someone behind me. (is this natural in english?)
2 Under what name is the reservation?/What name is the reservation under?
3 I'm up to date with the billing. I've billed everyone that need to be sent an invoice.

Thank you

Hello

1 I haven't heard "behind me" in english? Is it an idiom?

2 Which version is better?

3 Isn't tere something wrong with the tense? I've billed everyone that need to be sent an invoice. (the bold bit sounds off?)

Thank you

alc24 I've billed everyone that need to be sent an invoice.
"Everyone that NEEDS" is correct. (or, "all the ones that need etc.")

(alternately) I've billed all the people who need to be sent invoices.

alc242 Under what name is the reservation?/What name is the reservation under?
To my ear, the first one is higher register than the second one.

Thank you Avangi for the explanation.

I don't see why MM said they were correct.

Thank you

I don't think anything in your original post can be described as incorrect,
except possibly the missing "s" on "needs." That's really small potatoes.
Cheer up! Now that you've eased up on the stealth posts, you'll get lots of replies.

Emotion: smile Avangi, in every possible form of this sentence, "everyone" is third-person singular. So it has to be "needs".

Hi, Jandros,
I was just thinking, like, "If she need a ride, that could be arranged." I suppose it's archaic.
(Pardon my style mixing.)
