How to properly cite academic journals in an article?
Hi there,
I'd just like to know how to properly cite an academic journal in an article? Do I place the title in quotes or italics? For example:
StartFragment>In 2006, William Thatcher Dowell wrote in his journal “The Internet, Censorship, and China” that, “Chinese authorities are proving unusually sophisticated at reigning in the Internet’s free wheeling nature.” EndFragment>
Is that correct? Thank you!

Whether there's a "proper" way to do this I don't know, but I personally prefer italics.
