How to properly answer questions asked with Indefinite Pronouns

Q. “Does anyone need to remind you of important things?”
--> “Yes, someone/somebody does.”
--> “No, anyone/anybody does.” (or doesn't?)

Q. “Does someone comfort you when you are down the dumps?”
--> “Yes, someone/somebody does.”
--> “No, anyone/anybody doesn't.” (or does?)

What are the proper ways to answer these questions, and (if possible) why?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure but these are possible answers:

Q. “Does anyone need to remind you of important things?”
Yes, sure. No, thanks.

Q. “Does someone comfort you when you are down the dumps?”
Yes, of course. No, I don't think so.
