How to pronounce "Where will he go?"

How to pronounce "Where will he go?"
I'm not sure how to link "will" to "he" in this case. If I put the stress on "go", then "he" is not stressed and therefore the "h" is often dropped. So, linking "will" to "he" would make a "will Lee" sound, right? Can I pronounce it as "Where will Lee go?"

It sounds weird though.

I would appreciate it if you could record your voice to make it clearer. Thanks in advance.

Yes. Your "Where'll he go?" is quite reasonable. I don't think any native speaker could fail to understand it.
