As an extention to what Marius wrote, remember that all kings and queens 'numerals' are pronounced as ordinal numbers: first second, third... rather than cardinal numbers: one, two, three...

All use Roman numerals rather than modern numbers. I = 1, II = 2, III = 3, IV = 4...

And all have 'the' placed between their name and the number.
