How to pronounce plural nouns and singular verbs that ending with 's'

I don't know how to pronounce words which is like followings which has /s/ syllable.

reduces /r?'d?u?ss/

classes /kl??ss/

Please tell me whether above IPA scripts are correct or not.

Is there any rules to pronounce these type of /s/ ending words after make it plural noun or singular verb.

If the singular ends in /s/, /z/, /?/, or /?/, add /?z/.
