How to pronounce months?

Hi all

Do you pronounce the TH than S after that? I have difficulty on doing it mainly the tongue part.

In informal conversation, some people may not produce the 'correct' sounds. /m?n?s/, for example may be produced as /m?nts/ or even /m?ns./
