How to pronounce "kiwy"?

Hi. How should we pronounce words (non-English words?) like "kiwy"? I think it is not an English word, but when you have the letter "i" as a second letter, should we pronounce it "ka" or "ki"? Whether what comes after that, the third letter, is a vowel or not makes a difference?
