how to pronounce bottling?

should bottling sound like bott ling or bottl ing?
What about handling? shoul it be hand ling or handl ing or handl ling?

In general I pronounce words like 'bottling' with three syllables. (AmE)

I pronounce 'handling' with two, however, and maybe a few others that I can't think of just now.
