You might say it in so-called "scientific notation": "7.475.... x 10^K". This is pronounced, "7 point 475... times 10 to the Kth (power)". "K" is the number of digits to the right of the decimal point. For example, if there are 75 digits to the right of the decimal point, the number is pronounced, "7 point 47574... times 10 to the 75th (power)".
