I'd translate the Roman numerals to their corresponding everyday Arabic numeral names.

iii — "three"
iv — "four"
v — "five"

If Arabic and Roman numerals are involved I'd say "Roman" before the Roman numerals.

However, there may be a standard way of pronouncing these within one or another field of study, so in that case you need to learn to say them as the people in that field say them — by asking them.
