How to pronounce..

In the book"The Lord of the Rings" there is a myriad of weird names I am not sure how to pronounce. Here are some of them:

Lorien, Khazad-dum, Lothlorien, Ecthelion, Rohan, Smeagol

Lorien...It is pronounced "Lorraine"...LOL! I know because it is my husbands middle name.
