How to phrase this sentence correctly

Hi,

I'm trying to translate from a foreign language, and I have a difficulty in finding the right way in English to say that.

I want to create a small sign for the shower's mirror, and want to phrase it correctly. It will include an image of a face with a wide smile.

The text says: "There is a claim that [or: some people claim, or: a wide belief says...] smiling for 2 minutes in wakeup will bring a positive effect for the whole day"

Will appreciate your help!
