How to phrase this question in proper way?

I tried: why would Michael's horse run over?

Michael says to Sheila: lf you had a horse, it'd be run over. Michael didn't understand single word. I want to ask someone a question that why would Michael's horse run over.

But I don't know how to phrase the question properly. Please help.

Almost right. It should be "Why would Sheila's/Michael's horse be run
