How to obtain my visa?

hello..I need help.. I am a filipino,and i dont know how to get my visa in UK. I have my host family who's welling to sponsor and i will work in their family as aupair. Unfortunately our country are not covered w/ aupair scheme. So how can i get my visa and work in my host family? please help...
