(means that the you is acceptable / satisfactory unto me, or I am pleased with you ) Here, the you is agent in which I agreed. That is opposite unto "I agree to (= unto) you." = I give in unto you. / I surrender to (unto) you. Here, I is forced to agree.
I am even / one with you = Compared with you, I am the same. Here, the with shows agent in which I agreed / I am the same.
