How to modify a noun two times by using 'which'

In following sentence, I need to modify "advance systems" by using "which" two times. Please someone tell me whether following sentence is grammatically correct or not.


Therefore, scientists and major companies have implemented initiatives to develop advance systems through which people can connect with each other and which make their lives more convenient.

Are you sure you don't mean 'advanced systems'?

It's grammatically correct, but a bit awkward because it has both 'through which' and just 'which', breaking the parallelism. Why not reword it slightly
