How to mention the time period that someone live as a toddler.

Please tell me how can I say the time period that someone in 12 to 26 year old. I know that someone who in that time period is a toddler. I need to know is there any word to mention a toddler's time period. For example, we can say 'infancy' for the time period that someone can be called as a 'infant'.

No, that is not a toddler. A toddler is 12–36 months old.
