How to make overtime increment.. please help me sir/madam

hi sir...

i have problem wth my basic salary, there giving other payment only,(there not increment my basic salary) bcauce my basic is small 700/=, the work is very very hard so please make letter for me

I don't think anyone would have the time to make letters for you here. The good thing would be if you post the initial draft and let teachers here correct your mistakes. You'd learn more if you do that on your own.
