How to make it polite?

If someone asked me specifically for the report (and it wasn't something I sent out every week), I'd say

Abil, here is the report you asked me about. -- if we were colleagues.

"I am" is correct - but you do not say "Here I am."

You can say "Per your request, I have attached... " or "As you requested, I have enclosed..."
