How to make a pure-hearted foreigner as friend easy?

I think most people live in a foreign country have the same annoyance! They want to make friends at the local place. However, It is not easy!Language and custom barrier always stay befor them!Further, the most important problem is that there is no way given them to know others who also want to make friends pure-hearted with foreigners!

I totally agree with you Goby. I had this problem when I moved to the country I'm living in right now. The easiest way I found for the locals to 'accept' me was to try and change my way of life to 'fit in' with the local way.
