Formerly, i tried to learn vocabulary by heart. But after one or two weeks, I forgot most of them.

Use a review system. It's a great way to evaluate which words you know...and which ones you still need to review. You can find a learning system like this explained by a guy named Richard Pemberton at http://lc.ust.hk/~sac/advice/english/vocabulary/V4.htm
