How to learn more vocabruary?

Actually, I'm not beginer in English because I have been in Foreign country for 5 years. But, the problem is my english doesn't improve, and it's not deserved with the time i spent in another country. I would like to ask or please share your opinion in "How to learn more vocabruary, or how to remember voacbruary quickly and not easy to forget" . Thanks guys.
