How to introduce a complete list of things in spoken English

In written English, the way a list is introduced is something like this:

He can speak four different languages: English, Russian, Spanish, and Tagalog.

What about in spoken English? I think there should be some words that go between the phrase and the list. The words I have in mind are which are, those are, and including. But I'm not sure.
