How to interpret this sentence?

Hi.
Now I heard that the below sentence.

A: Hmm. Well, I suppose one of the drawbacks of being young and your own boss is that everyone who works for you is older than you!

But I don't know from where to start at that.

Q1.
1. <I suppose one of the drawbacks of being young and your own boss >
2.<is>
3.<that>
4.<everyone who works for you>
5.<is>
6.<older than you!>

can I separate like this?

Q2. how can I interpret that sentence? I didn't quite catch that sentence.

BTW, especially, I can't catch the meaning "(of being young and your own boss)"
from here, [one of the drawbacks (of being young and your own boss)].

Can you let me know more?
