How to indicate language of specific word

If I was writing a sentence (in English) about a book publishing company in London called ‘Yeux’, what is the correct way for me to indicate that ‘Yeux’ is to be read and pronounced as a French word? (and not pronounced something like 'yerks'..!)

Something like: “The book was published by Yeux in 1981”? Is there something I can add in parentheses after the word ‘Yeux’?

Thanks in advance for any help. Very tricky to Google this kind of thing!

I suppose you could say eg “The book was published by Yeux (pronounced in the French style) in 1981” But it's not customary to tell your readers how to pronounce names. Furthermore, as a note on British culture, the British often prefer to 'anglicize' the pronunciation of foreign names.
