HOW to improve writing skills

00I am new to this forum.i doing job where i need to do lot of documentaton.i am facing problem in writing.for small paragaraphes02br

0 When I write, I don't worry about grammar. I just site in front of my computer and start typing, trying to write down what wanted to say. My opinions/thoughts/ideas/arguments are much more important than grammatically correct sentences that are nonsense. Then, I re-write. 02br

As an English speaker of other language in uk i have problems with writing as well, sometime i find it dard even to start writing some thing because i am not confident with what i might come up with, i have asked my teacher on this matter so his advice for was that to read and write more. i think we should do more practice to improve our writing skill i can't think of anything else.
