How to improve my accent in english

Hi,

My name is vivek singh rana, living in india . the problem i am facing during these day is about the frequency of the english , fluency of my english is not good . i need to stop alot to complete a sentence, with that i do a lots of grammertical mistakes. now i want to reduce the mistake with that i want to get a good command on my language.

Please suggest some books & methord to achive this goel.
