How to improve in speaking?

hello, i'm waniey. i am very bad in speaking. i dont have confident because my grammar always wrong. can u give me some tips to improve in speaking english? and pls correct my grammar here. thank you.

It is important that you practice speaking. Grammar is not important while learning a language. You need to learn new words daily. Once you've built up a vocabulary you can start working on structure.
