I hope this doesn't come across as preaching. But I would like to share with you this insight.

Learning and improving of a skill can coexist simutaneously. Mind you, the process of improving always lags the learning. That said, the key word is "can" which doesn't happen naturally and it requires time and commitment. I think improving English can be compared to ballroom dancing in my opinion. Even if someone show you the steps and the movements, it will take time for you to practice and develop forms and styles which are products of constant refinements and hard work. What I mean is, there is no "smart" pill to take for quick results. So I would offer you the same advice I offered to others with the same question you aksed:
* First, pay attention to and correct the common mistakes that you have a tendency of repeating

such as captialization, spelling, and punctunations etc.
* Make sure your fundamentals are firm, meaning sentence structure, tenses, part of speech etc..
After all, there is no style to speak of when your presentation materials are ridden with mistakes.
* Read, listen and watch mass media to learn new words and usages. Audio-visual (like TV and CDrom) are great tools to use for improving your English.
* Practice and practice.
I believe if you focus on these steps, you will see improvements.
