How to improve academic writing?

Is there a site or book with essays and annotated corrections for grammar --word usage, punctuation, sentence structure etc.? I've seen the Strunk and White's Elements of Style but I am looking for a resource that contains passages. Paragraphs would be ok too but not short sentences. I'm in in graduate health program and I need to become a better research writer. Thanks in advance!
